Elia, M3ZHN / 2E0ZHN, has done a very nice job on building his STAR using the PCB case method. AS you can see, there's a lot of work in assembling the PCB's and also in mechanical work.

There's a mountain of parts bags at left below. One of the challenges in building a STAR, is sourcing all of the components. Not an easy task in itself !
